On-site support for SAP SD/MM at a leading German precision rolling bearing manufacturer
-Consulting support: SD customizing, developments and interfaces specifications, tests, end-users support
-Created Query and reporting, conducted related training, prepared user manuals

- Focus on business process analysis, design and optimization (SAP SD/MM)
- Perform both system and business process mapping and analysis to support, identify, document and maintain business process and information flows
- Worked closely with APAC ITS Service team to ensure consistency of the current process flow and SAP systems, regular R/3 system testing and reporting (BI/BW)
- Trouble-shooting in business process & systems, provide supports and analysis to SAP users
- Participate in relative system implementation projects (regional), assignments and activities
